Drill Lathe

I have an old, cheapo drill that I rarely use so I decided to turn it into a lathe. The lathe is made from 8 pieces of wood mostly 3/4″ x 3 1/5″ boards with one part made from a 3/4″ x 1 1/2″ board. It’s simple and easy and this video shows how I did it. It works quite well for turning cork.

  1. Hello everyone,. . I am looking to buy a new computer to run an Adobe CS4 Suite. Let just say the Master Suite. I’m mostly going to be running Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop. I want a computer that is going to completely dominate without any problems whatsoever. Price is not an issue, I want to do this right. . . I want the computer to run as many applications I need at the same time flawlessly without slowing down or crashing. Any ideas?.

  2. Great stuff! However the Link for diagrams and measurments is not working.
